Average COP of cooling capacity is 3.58/heating capacity is 4.32. Power consumption is 50% lower than the PTC heater module when working temperature at-5°C. Lowest working temperature is -30°C in the winter providing 25°C heat for cabin. Compare to the PTC water heating,heat-pump system warms up quicker and more stable on the heat temperature. Applies the enhanced vapor injection compressor on an electric vehicle's heat-pump system would rise its endurance mileage compare to PTC heater.
The compressor adopts the two-stage throttling intermediate air-jet technology, the flash evaporator for separating the gas and liquid to achieve the enthalpy increasing the compressor's effect.
It is cooled by the side jet to mix the refrigerant at medium and low pressure, and to compress the mixed refrigerant at high pressure to improve the heat capacity at the low working temperature.
