Assembly process
• Install the air conditioner compressor and bolts using a 13mm hex socket
• Tightening torque is 23Nm
• Install high and low voltage wiring harness connectors for air conditioner compressors
• Install the evaporator and expansion valve side cooling and air conditioning pipes respectively
• Expansion valve and support side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Support and compressor side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Compressor and condenser side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Install using a 10mm hex socket
• Compressor side bolts for refrigeration and air conditioning
• Tightening torque is 9Nm
• Use a 13mm hex socket to install the bolts on the condenser side of the refrigeration and air conditioning pipe
• Tightening torque is 23Nm
• Use a 10mm hex socket for each installation
• Nuts and bolts securing the air conditioner pipe connector
• Air conditioning pipe cold and heat exchanger side bolts
• Fastening bolts on the condenser side of the air conditioner pipe
• Fastening bolts for air conditioner pipe support
• Tightening torque is 9Nm
• Use 10mm and 13mm fully polished dual-purpose wrenches respectively
• Install bolts securing the air conditioner pipe connector
• Air conditioner pipe high and low pressure evaporator side fastening nut
• Air conditioner pressure switch
• Use refrigerant devices
• Fill air conditioner refrigerant
• Install high and low pressure filling port cover
• Install using a 10mm hex socket
• Left headlamp harness connector and fixing bolt
• The tightening torque is 5Nm
• Install using a 10mm hex socket
• Bumper and left and right front wheel liner retaining bolts
• Pour in the coolant using the funnel tool
