Disassembly process
• Remove high and low pressure filling port cover
• Use refrigerant recovery device to recover air conditioning refrigerant
• Remove the top cover of the air conditioner coolant expansion tank
• Lift the lift
• Place liquid recovery device
• Use carp pliers to remove the electric water pump outlet pipe
• Drop lift
• Use a 10mm hex socket
• Remove the bumper left and right front wheel liner retaining bolts
• Remove the bumper
• Remove the left headlamp harness connector and fastening bolt
• Use a 10mm fully polished dual-purpose wrench
• Remove the cable harness connector of the air conditioner pressure switch
• Use a 10mm hex socket
• Remove the bolts securing the air conditioner pipe connector
• Use 10mm and 13mm fully polished dual-purpose wrenches respectively
• Remove the retaining nut on the high and low pressure evaporator side of the air conditioner pipe
• Bolts securing the air conditioner pipe connector
• Use 10mm hex socket to disassemble separately
• Fastening bolts on the condenser side of the air conditioner pipe
• Air conditioning pipe cold and heat exchanger side bolts
• Air conditioner pipe connector fastening nuts
• Fastening bolts for air conditioner pipe support
• Disassemble separately using a 13mm hex socket
• Compressor side bolts for refrigeration and air conditioning
• Fastening bolts on the condenser side of the refrigeration and air conditioning pipe
• Remove the evaporator and expansion valve side cooling and air conditioning tubes respectively
• Expansion valve and support side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Support and compressor side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Compressor and condenser side cooling air conditioning pipe
• Remove the high and low voltage cable harness connectors of the air conditioner compressor
• Use a 13mm hex socket
• Remove bolts securing the air conditioner compressor
• Remove the air conditioner compressor
